Peter* was after a high-end dual occupancy for investment purposes. His intention was to attract a high quality market from which his earning potential could be maximised. The main request was to create a layout which optimises privacy and a provides for a luxurious lifestyle of both dwelling residents. Peter* was also looking to create a visually intriguing facade which stood to create a wow – factor for potential buyers. Keeping his interests in mind, we designed a timeless front with tapered walls and features which incorporated a variety of material finishes like stone, timber, and render. The layout of the house was also carefully devised with segregated paths and entry points. The landscaping strategy was designed to obscure neighbouring activity and enhance green spaces. Overall, we created Peter* an enduring investment with high return for life.
